4 Night/05 Days Samudram (LTC/LTA Cruise Package)
AGATTI-KALPENI-MINICOY ISLANDS VISIT
The Package is a Five-Day cruise (For Indian Nationals and Foreigners) which takes tourists to three islands in Lakshadweep – Kavaratti, Kalpeni and Minicoy, for day excursions and water sports.
During the day, Lunch, Refreshments and Entertainments will be provided ashore.
Swimming, Snorkeling and other water sports are conducted during the day tour. Sightseeing (Marine Museum, Tuna Factory, Villages, etc.). Folk dances by local performers will be arranged in all the islands. Overnight stay is aboard the ship, and in the night we would be sailing to the next island.
MV Kavaratti. The ships have cafeteria, snack bars, doctor on call, entertainments and upper-deck promenade.
Ship facilities include three independent galleys, halls, recreation place with a swimming pool and a helipad. While planning your travel itinerary please provide a day at Kochi, both on the way to Lakshadweep and on the way back.
Ship programmes/Itineraries are subject to change without notice due to ships arrival / departure or other unforeseen reasons.
LTC/ LTA Eligibility:
Government employees and their family members traveling on leave can get LTC/ LTA Certificate from the Sports Manager onboard. On 2nd day onwards in the cruise.

Employees of Educational institutions recognized by Central / State Governments or affiliated to any University or educational board.

Kochi (Cochin), The Queen of the Arabian Sea, is the commercial capital and the most cosmopolitan capital of Kerala. Kochi is the landing point for all visitors visiting Kerala, Lakshadweep and was one of a major center of commerce and trade. While you are at Kochi we would be glad to arrange your accommodation on request and organize local sightseeing and backwater cruise in best rate.

Request to report First Floor, Lakshadweep Wharf and Passenger facilitation center at wellington island Kochi on Departure date. Boarding time will start 9:30 am to 11:00 am. Please be in patient while in queue for check in , All Passengers including children’s mandatory to carry photo id cards .After the security check in you will be transported by a bus to Wharf and board to M.V Kavaratti.
There will be regular video show on board the ship. BSNL and Airtel will available at Agatti and Kavaratti only
Tour will be booked subject to availability of berths/cabins.
100% of total cost should be deposit at the time booking.

Non-Indians should forward copy of their Passport and Valid Indian Tourist Visa
15% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled 30 days before departure of the ship.
30% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled between 29th to 7th days before departure of the ship.
No refund if cancelled within 7 days before the departure of the ship
100% refund if the schedule is cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions and/or other unexpected technical faults
No damages/claims will be payable except MONEY paid by guests to us.
Consumption of liquor is prohibited in Lakshadweep and in the ship as well.
Program / Schedule of ship is liable to be changed / cancelled without prior notice. Ships are operated by Lakshadweep
Administration. In case of a change in the ship schedule liability of SPORTS is restricted to transporting the tourists back to Cochin by immediate available conveyance of the ship only.
Tourists availing LTC may collect LTC certificate room Manager on board at the time of return journey or from our Kochi office on return.

Pre booking option for Jan, Mar, Apr, May 2020
1. Pre-booking amount is 50% of total cost at the time of booking, balance amount should pay once the dates are finalised.
2. Pre-booking is done against the preferred week, and the seats will automatically be booked on the dates/sailing of the chosen week.
3. The sailing date will be decide and published by Lakshadweep Administration and Shipping & Aviation Department.
4. For peak time bookings, seats will be based on first-come-first-serve basis.
5. The actual dates of week-wise schedule will be published on later stage. If you need to make cancel or modify your reservations, this can be done free of charge until the confirmation of dates by Lakshadweep administration.
Tentative date is not an actual date (week vise pre booked customers) please don’t book flight/train booking to and fro to Cochin based on tentative date, book only after actual dates are published.
